The main visual for the Summer Internship Programme features an ever-extending “talent pipeline,” with green dots symbolizing nascent “seeds” and red dots representing mature “fruits.” This conveys how continuous learning and practice nurture potential, allowing seeds to grow into abundant fruits, laying a solid talent foundation for Hong Kong’s life sciences sector.

The main visual for the Mentorship Programme transforms into a “bridge of connection and sustainability,” with red dots representing mentees and blue dots representing mentors. The two interweave to form the bridge, symbolizing how experienced mentors serve as pillars of professional knowledge and expertise, closely linking with mentees to support their continuous growth, jointly building and sustaining a pipeline for long-term talent development..
